WTF! Where the heck will I ever have time to do this? Probably in bits and pieces here and there or during those unlucky times when my sleep pattern is misaligned with that of Noah's (he's actually sleeping and I can't :()
So why do it?
1) Writing has always been rather cathartic for me...a way to get things off my chest. Try it the next time you have a song that keeps driving you nuts because it is on permanent repeat in your mind...write the words down and all of a sudden...mute has been pushed.
2) Although very one sided, it's the opportunity to maintain my adult communication skills before I forget how to use them and succumb to responding to everything with one syllable, which at this moment would be "ga" or an elongated "ah"
3) It's a chance to share with my friendly followers (when I actually get some) my adventures with Noah and my thoughts along this always changing journey into parenthood.
4) Why not?
So sit back, enjoy and feel free to comment.
I'm your first follower!!!
ReplyDeleteWelcome to blogrock :)
Hahaha i Love it!
ReplyDeletetho i do think u should make some good points about actually carrying the littel bundle of joy, such as, not only do u pee urself everytime u sneeze, laugh, cough, etc, but doooont forget about the most fun part of also farting at the most in oportune times, such as ur toddlers preschool open house, or when hubby and u may not be getting along and u let a stinker go and then all ur points ( which were valid) seem to be thrown out the window.
Also i find it super fun when ur breats do start to leek that enough milk comes down to flood ur pretty shirt yet not enuf to waste the 12$ breast pads, better yet the first time it happened to me, was at the grocerie store in front of a long line up of people, my precuious daughter kindly pointed out my breasts were peeing, she exclaimed " Mommy! no pee pee in ur clothes, u pee pee on the toilet:
YAY for two year olds..
i am sure u can think of more, but right now those seem to be the big ones:)
I'm for your reason #2. I started to babytalk to Jeff. hmmmm...not good.
